Costain chooses SFL mobile radio for Immingham bypass project

SFL Mobile Radio is delighted to have been awarded another order from longstanding client Costain.

The engineering provider’s latest Immingham bypass project is a three mile single carriageway to be upgraded to dual carriageway.

SFL has provided a VHF digital radio system for long term hire, using Motorola DP4400 portables and DM4600 mobiles installed into the vehicles.

Radio coverage is throughout the construction site for their operatives to maintain digital communication between each another.

SFL has produced mobile radio solutions to Costain for over 15 years on many prestigious project throughout the UK.
